Welcome to Junkyard Social Club! By visiting our rebel museum/venue and participating in our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our museum/venue facilities, services, and events, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Admission Policies

  • Eligibility: Our museum/venue is designed for all-ages. All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Due to insurance requirements, everyone over 18 must sign a release of liability waiver and guardians must sign for their dependants. 
  • Tickets: General admission for youth 2 and up and under 16. Special events often have their own tickets. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
  • Memberships: Memberships may be available for purchase and offer benefits including free admission and special event access. Memberships are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided separately.

3. Behavior and Conduct

  • Respect: All visitors are expected to treat museum/venue staff, other guests, and museum property with respect.
  • Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The museum/venue is not responsible for the care or safety of unsupervised children.
  • Prohibited Items: Weapons, alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are prohibited on museum premises. Additionally, disruptive behavior, such as running or loud noise, is not allowed.
  • Right to Refuse Entry:
    • Junkyard Social Club is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all staff, guests, and performers. To uphold these values, we reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises who has:
      • Harassed, threatened, or acted aggressively toward staff, performers, or other guests,
      • Created or contributed to an unsafe or hostile environment,
      • Violated our code of conduct, event policies, or rental terms in the past.
    • This right applies regardless of whether the behavior occurred during a previous visit or in any context related to our operations. The safety and well-being of our team and community take precedence.
    • Any decisions to refuse entry or eject individuals from the venue are made at the discretion of venue management and may be enforced without a refund.

4. Health and Safety

  • COVID-19 and Health Guidelines: Visitors must adhere to any health and safety guidelines, including wearing masks or maintaining social distancing, as required by current public health recommendations.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow all instructions given by museum staff in case of an emergency.

5. Use of Facilities

  • Exhibits and Activities: All exhibits and activities are intended for educational and recreational purposes. Please follow any specific rules or instructions posted at each exhibit.
  • Food and Drink: Food and drink may be restricted to designated areas. Please clean up after yourself to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

6. Photography and Media

  • Personal Use: Photography for personal use is generally allowed unless otherwise indicated. Flash photography may be restricted in certain areas.
  • Commercial Use: Any commercial use of photographs or videos taken on the premises requires prior written permission from the museum.

7. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: The museum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • Liability Waiver: By entering the museum, visitors acknowledge that participation in certain activities may involve inherent risks and agree to release the museum from any liability for injury or damage.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Content: All content and materials related to the museum, including but not limited to exhibits, designs, and logos, are the property of Junkyard Social Club and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Event Bookings

  • Reservations: Booking events at our center requires advance reservation and adherence to our event policies. Specific terms related to event bookings, including cancellations and modifications, will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Payments: Payment terms for events will be outlined in the event contract. All deposits and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
